These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pk194 platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, bonus programmes, payment facilities, and any other features made available through pk194.org. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk194 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk194.org and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains.
Your continued access to or use of the pk194 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. The pk194 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. pk194 enforces this requirement rigorously and will request government-issued identification, CNIC, or other documentation to verify age at any point during the account lifecycle.
Any account found to have been registered by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All deposits made by underage players will be returned, and any winnings generated will be forfeited without exception.
To register a pk194 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, or elsewhere), a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one registered account on pk194. Creating, using, or attempting to use multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. pk194 employs device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method analysis to detect duplicate accounts. Violation of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the pk194 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. pk194 makes no representation as to the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk194 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk194 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally conducted that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk194 immediately by contacting [email protected].
pk194 is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with its international gaming license obligations. You agree to provide identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pk194 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
pk194 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC-20). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. pk194 reserves the right to return any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. pk194 processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. pk194 reserves the right to perform additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold amount.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. These limits may differ by payment method and account verification tier. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the pk194 platform and are subject to revision.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a pk194 deposit is a breach of this Agreement. pk194 will contest all chargebacks and reserves the right to suspend accounts and refer matters to a debt recovery process where chargebacks are found to be fraudulent or unjustified.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits ("Bonuses") issued by pk194 are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of this Agreement.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute between 10% and 25%, and certain game types may contribute 0% towards wagering requirements. pk194 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting a technical error or misconfiguration, using prohibited betting patterns such as equal-stake hedging across outcomes, or otherwise acting contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
New pk194 players are eligible for the Welcome Bonus on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the current promotion terms. The Welcome Bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. pk194 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
All casino games available on pk194 — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, and instant win titles — are governed by the specific rules published within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules for that specific game take precedence.
All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on pk194 are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and statistical integrity. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are based on the long-term statistical average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
For sports betting, including cricket betting on PSL matches and Pakistan national fixtures, pk194 reserves the right to void markets, suspend betting, or revise odds where there is evidence of match manipulation, data feed errors, or other integrity concerns. Void bets are returned at stake, with no winnings or losses applied.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk194 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the pk194 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk194 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk194 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any pk194 content without the prior written consent of the Company.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk194 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pk194 platform.
The pk194 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. pk194 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall the total cumulative liability of pk194 to you for all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk194 account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by pk194 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account and accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
In summary, pk194 collects the personal data necessary to operate a licensed gaming platform, including identity verification data, transaction records, and device/session information. This data is held securely, is not sold to third parties, and is processed in accordance with the obligations of our international gaming license.

pk194 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (non-exhaustive):
Upon termination, any real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending verification requirements and the absence of any valid claim by pk194 against your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk194 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to the pk194 customer support team at [email protected] for internal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by pk194's licensing authority. The decision of that body shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause limits your right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
pk194 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk194 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the pk194 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
